Executives reviewing an automotive M&A transaction

A clear, confidential process for automotive transactions

From first review to warm introduction — a professional, structured path for buyers, sellers, investors and advisors.

How the Global M&A Program works

Six steps that move an opportunity from confidential review to a professionally framed introduction.

01

Opportunity Review

We review the buyer mandate, seller opportunity, acquisition thesis or advisory need.

02

Qualification

We evaluate automotive relevance, transaction size, seriousness, timing, geography and likely fit.

03

Confidentiality Protocol

Where appropriate, introductions are made under NDA, blind teaser or pre-approved outreach language.

04

Targeted Matching

We identify potential buyers, sellers, investors, advisors or strategic partners through our network.

05

Warm Introduction

GAI facilitates the initial introduction and helps frame the opportunity professionally.

06

Advisor / Partner Handoff

The parties proceed with their own advisors, attorneys, diligence teams and transaction professionals.

Flexible engagement options

Tailored support for buyers, sellers, investors, advisors and strategic partners — from existing opportunities to fully targeted search.

Existing Companies for Sale

For buyers reviewing GAI-promoted or partner-promoted acquisition opportunities.

  • Many promoted opportunities are already covered by GAI or partner referral agreements
  • In those cases, there may be no direct cost to the buyer
  • If no agreement is in place, GAI may seek a buyer-side referral or success-fee agreement before an introduction
  • GAI is transparent about compensation requirements before proceeding

Any transaction-related compensation, where applicable, is handled only where legally permissible and subject to review by appropriate legal and transaction professionals. GAI does not receive, hold, transmit or control transaction funds or securities, and does not bind any party to a transaction. Read the full M&A disclaimer.
